Selling a home is quite an endeavor. There are a few things you can control: your listing agent, repair budget, to stage or not to stage, listing date, show estimate or no estimate, etc. Then there are so things you can not control: raising interest rates, pandemic, cloudy weather on your open house dates, the number of buyers currently in the market, etc. Working through all of the possibilities can leave your head spinning.
